one day at a time
Day 1: Reason: To become more proactive and productive and achieve sense of fulfillment.
That is amazing! and great first step! Go YOU!
Day 4: I am happy to share my three ways:
1. Set up short-term (daily and weekly) and long-term (monthly and half-yearly) goals
2. Plan your day and build a To-Do list
3. Talk to your friends, parents or mentors when you feel stressed or upset
Great work – I love that it includes having a chat when stressed or upset.
Remember that having fun is SUPER important!
Oh I think I didin’t know we had a comment section while using my phone to complete daily tasks so I had my answers in my notebook. But here I have written all my agendas for this exercise..
Day 1: I want to improve how to take a step back and give myself some time to process things rather than just focusing on problem solving all the time.
Day 4: my three ways are
1. to not let the stress of something get to me – by simply trying to fix a problem then and there otherwise ask assistance
2. have a think about what happened and how it ended up happening – so that I am mindful about the issue
3. discussing the situation with people I am close to – expressing my feelings/thoughts
Day 5: 10 things am grateful for:

Hi Shrutika,
keep up the great work… I love how you are giving yourself permission to take a breath and take a moment without just jumping in and DOING all of the time… It’s so important to create and maintain that awareness, so that we can learn to balance the DO-ing with the the BE-ing… because we are human BEINGS after all.
keep up the great work and the gratitude! You ROCK!!

Thank you Anita !
Day 4:
three ways of living at cause
– setting goals and planning ahead
– with the goal, use it as self-motivation to keep pushing myself beyond my comfort zone
– linking to day 3, do not be crippled by fear but keep reflecting on why and how I can do better (and acting on my reflection)
I’ve loved the course!
Day 1: From the beginning with digging into the roots of why, and really working our brains to unearth our reasons and purpose, it forces us to question what we are doing, if we have any purpose for our actions and if we don’t, to start creating them.
Day2: was focusing on our awareness and consciousness, cultivating positive self-talk. in the video, we see that negative self-talk not only ruins our self-esteem but influences those around us. by encouraging ourselves in the littlest things, we will slowly remove the negativity within!
Day4: And then there is challenging ourselves and conquering our fear. By learning to love what we are fearful of, we reduce hate and become bolder in our approaches and mindset.
Day 5: We then have to exercise gratitude, appreciating the smaller things.
Day 7: like day 4, taking bold steps. not questioning the possibilities but acting on it. Even if the worst case scenarios do happen, learn from it rather than be fearful of it.
YAY – go YOU!
Loving all of your learnings here Shanice!
